Le gel a frappé le 28 avril sans anéantir les espoirs du millésime. Les cabernets-sauvignons ont beaucoup souffert avec quelques rescapés qui permettront d'en mettre un peu dans le 2013, histoire de faire un assemblage. Le potentiel des merlots est quasi intact même si à quelques endroits des pertes sont à prévoir.
côté blanc, il y a des dégâts qui conduiront certaines parcelles à être conduites piour le moelleux. Comme les vendanges se font par tries successives, les écarts de matûrité ne seront pas gênants.
Voyons le côté positif, il y aura plus de concentration.
Concernant les cabernets, ma foi, préssés et récoltés tardivement, il feront un très bon rosé !!!
En suspens les petits-verdots, touchés mais de façon homogène et qui s'ils mûrissent bien pourront rentrer dans les cuvées de rouge.
